This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the price was incredibly affordable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb, with everything being well-organized and planned, allowing for a relaxing and stress-free trip. The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated on the riverfront and surrounded by acres of lush rainforest. It provided the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful and tranquil stay. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The basic amenities in the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with the added bonus of some rooms having jacuzzis on the deck or stunning views. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes.

Fantastic Winter Getaway! Wonderful Rainforest Location, Great Food, and Comfortable Accommodations. The hotel was nestled in the heart of the Costa Rican wilderness, surrounded by lush greenery and exotic animals. The food was simply divine, with every meal offering a tasty mix of local cuisine and international dishes. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable respite from the adventurous days exploring the rainforest.

Had a power outage for a few hours which was frustrating, but it did not ruin our stay. we did not have access to Wi-Fi in the villa, so if you plan on working, make sure to keep that in mind.

Great nature experience, lots of outdoor activities, and friendly staff. The hotel is nestled in a lush jungle with plenty of wildlife around. We loved going on guided hikes with knowledgeable staff members and seeing the monkeys and exotic birds. We found the prices of everything to be quite high, especially considering the outdated facilities. In conclusion, while the natural surroundings and staff were great, the accommodations and food were disappointing.
